Once a donation is made to the Foundation for Surgery it is a gift and will be used in accordance with the Foundation for Surgery’s mission, vision and strategic plan; or as per agreed deeds and bequests. The Foundation for Surgery cannot issue a refund of any donation. Exceptional situations regarding general purpose donations may be applied to the Foundation for Surgery in writing for consideration.
